The Dragons got their winter campaign off to a great start with an emphatic win and local derby bragging rights against near neighbours Crigglestone.
The Dragons fielded a mix of youth and experience that ultimately proved too much for their hosts.
19 year old centre Jordan Watson bagged himself a hat-trick whilst veteran prop Jimmy Burnside got himself a collector’s item with his length of the field effort, as did the evergreen veteran Mike Williams.
Other try scorers for the Dragons were Luke Scott, Joss Santos McVittie, Josh Harkin and Nathan McVittie with Jamie Creed slotting over six conversions.
Youngsters Alex Ward & James Barnett shared the Man of the Match award.
