Teams who encounter problems with pitch availability must notify the fixtures secretary of any noticments ASAP.
Clubs are allowed a maximum of two free dates, which must be notified in writing to the league secretary giving a minimum of four weeks notice.
Once the fixtures have been compiled, no further free dates will be allowed and these fixtures will be adhered to throughout the season.
The Grand Final weekend is a free date for all clubs, however a club may request a fixture if they so desire giving four weeks notice
